2. Service Description
Gold Safe Exchange guarantees the authenticity and quality of all precious metal products as outlined in the Product Purchase Agreement.
We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Clients should consult their financial or tax advisors before making any investment decisions related to self-directed IRAs.
3. Registration and Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate personal and shipping information when placing an order. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by you, Gold Safe Exchange will not be held liable.

5. Returns and Refunds
Our refund, return, and exchange policy is valid for five (5) business days from the date your order is received.
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team at 800-341-6727 within this period for authorization and return instructions.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging, and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
While we do not charge for shipping and handling on any order, sometimes a customer may need to return items to us. In the event that a return is made for reasons other than an error on our end (such as a change of mind), return shipping costs and any applicable taxes may apply. We’ll always let you know ahead of time so there are no surprises.
All returns and exchanges are subject to our Market Loss Policy, and any market gains on refunds or exchanges will remain the sole property of Gold Safe Exchange.
6. Shipping and Insurance
Orders are typically shipped within 1–7 business days following payment clearance. All shipments are fully insured until delivery confirmation and require a signature upon receipt.
Gold Safe Exchange is not responsible for packages:
- Left unattended at the delivery address per customer instruction, or
- Delivered successfully but later lost or stolen.
Any shipping discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, Gold Safe Exchange will initiate an insurance claim and, at our discretion, either replace the item or issue a refund.
7. Price Match Guarantee
Gold Safe Exchange offers a Price Match Guarantee. Found the same item for less with an authorized dealer? Share their offer and we’ll review it. We’ll do our best to match or beat it whenever possible—and if not, we’ll be honest about it so you can decide what’s best for you.
8. No Ancillary Fees or Hidden Charges
Gold Safe Exchange does not charge additional administrative or ancillary fees for product purchases or shipping. The total cost presented at checkout for the metals you are purchasing or selling represents the full amount of the transaction.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, images, code, design, and logos—is the property of Gold Safe Exchange and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Gold Safe Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased.
